Day 01: Delhi
After your arrival at the Indira Gandhi airport in Delhi you will be escorted to your hotel room by the members of the Rajasthan Budget Tours. Here we will be staying for the night at the hotel. Delhi is the capital city of India and the second largest metropolis in the country.
Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast Rajasthan Budget Tours will make a tour of Old and New Delhi where we will take you to visit all the famous monuments such as the Red Fort – this is built in red sandstone and stood as a witness for many power shifts in the Mogul era, Jama Masjid – this is one of the most sacred and biggest Mosques in India, India Gate – is a war memorial dedicated to Indian soldiers, and Qutub Minar – is the tallest Minaret in India depicting ancient India’s engineering achievement, Parliament House – is the National Legislature of the country , Humayun’s Tomb and more. The architecture of these monuments reflects the various dynasties that have ruled in Delhi. We will return to the hotel where you can retire for the night.
Day 03: Delhi / Agra (205 kms)
Many efficient Mogul rulers left their mark on the city of Agra and it is most evident in the world famous Taj Mahal. After breakfast, the members of Rajasthan budget tours will leave for Agra. In the afternoon we visit the magnificent Taj Mahal monument, a landmark of beauty and love an. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The monument was built by Emperor Shah Jahan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal as a mark of his love for her and is visited by a large number of tourists every year. Replicas of the monument are purchased by tourists to take back with them as a memory of their visit to Agra. The sunset at the monument is a beautiful and romantic sight which many people come to see. After that we take a tour of Agra city. The night we spend in Agra at the hotel. Heaven is perfected created on the earth by the Taj Mahal.
Day 04: Agra / Ranthambore (300kms)
After breakfast the tour leave for Ranthambore via Fatehpur Sikri which is an ancient city near to Agra dotted with historical relics. Ranthambore is popular for the National Park that it houses. The park at Ranthambore stands to be a place that’s the only deciduous cover in the world whose inhabitants are tigers. The tourist stay in Ranthambore for the night at the hotel.
Day 05: Ranthambore
Ranthambore encompasses stunning natural beauty at its best. Early morning we take a safari to the Ranthambore National Park which is famous for its wildlife, specially its tigers. We return for breakfast and rest at the hotel. After lunch we can take an afternoon safari to the park for viewing some more animals in their natural habitat. We return for dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 06: Ranthambore / Jaipur
After breakfast, we drive down to Jaipur via Ajmer. You can spend the day as you like in Jaipur which is called as the pink city and view the various forts and palaces for which it is famous. We stay overnight at the hotel in Jaipur.
Day 07: Jaipur
The pink city of Jaipur traces its history back to the many Maharajas who ruled the city. After breakfast we visit Amber fort and take a tour on elephants, up to the fort similar to the maharajas in the medieval times. In the afternoon you can take a tour of the Jaipur city and its bazaars.
Day 08: Jaipur / Delhi
After breakfast at the hotel in Jaipur we will drive down to Delhi. You can spend the entire day at the hotel or visit the capital city and indulge in some shopping at the well known shopping centers there.
Day 09: Delhi
Have a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel and relax. Rajasthan Budget Tours will be checking out at 1200 hours to leave for Delhi airport from where you can take your flight. |
